To complement and enhance our specialist riser engineering expertise, this service provides project management, specification, interface management and installation management services specifically tailored for riser system delivery during the execution phase of a project. Our service ranges from the provision of ad-hoc specific services into a project team to taking full responsibility on behalf of our client for the delivery of the riser system to the project. Note, in this latter case, we do not supply or install the risers, rather we project manage the successful delivery of the riser system for the project. • Development of the riser equipment specifications for issue with ITT to riser suppliers
• Technical evaluation of riser supplier bids
• Oversight and independent verification of the riser design
• MCS Kenny project managers are integrated into the overall project management team for the subsea development
• Engage, as required, MCS Kenny riser engineering capability to resolve any problems that arise and support timely delivery
• Management of interface design issues between riser and vessel, and between riser and seabed
• Management of interface design for riser ancillary components such as end connectors, bend stiffeners, buoyancy etc.
• Inspection of riser and riser ancillary equipment during fabrication.
