Client Project Project Description
Saibos/Total Rosa Field MCS Kenny performed the detailed global design and analysis of the Rosa Bundle Hybrid Offset Riser (BHOR).  The Rosa Field is located in 1360m of water offshore Angola in the West of Africa and will be tied back to the Girassol FPSO.  The MCS Kenny scope of work includes static and quasi-static analysis, extreme response dynamic analysis, 1st and 2nd order fatigue analysis, modal and VIV analysis, interference analysis, etc..  For this project MCS Kenny have developed procedures for detailed modeling of all individual components in the bundle cross-section, i.e. each individual riser in the bundle can be explicitly modeled.
Saibos Kizomba Field MCS Kenny provided engineering support to Saibos in the evaluation of SLHR (single leg hybrid riser) riser systems for the Kizomba project.
Total Gulf of Mexico Field MCS Kenny performed a riser and flowline study for a deepwater Gulf of Mexico tie-back development.  The scope of work included design and assessment of a SLHR system, and comparison of this to alternative riser concepts.  The assessment/comparison included installation, schedule and cost issues.
Kerr McGee Benin Field MCS Kenny performed a top level evaluation of alternative riser systems for this field development, including hybrid riser solutions.
Saibos / CNR Baobab Field MCS Kenny performed an evaluation of alternative riser concepts for this field development during the tender stage, including hybrid riser solutions.  This is a turret moored FPSO in 961m water depth.
